Wintergirls

The pressure of being thin haunts many high school girls and even sometimes boys. This exceptional book will be a friend to those of you who need a little help in self-acceptance. It’s a real gem and the title is perfect.

After seeing this commercial we visited thatsnotcool.com and we are totally into the design, call out cards, and games. We all live our lives electronically and have to deal with the drama that comes with it. Thatsnotcool.com sheds new light on the subject in such a creative way. We can’t stop playing txt_invaders!!

Asos Magazine

If you’re looking for a site with fabulous fashion, check out ASOS!
We were more than thrilled to discover that Emma Stone, the new Hollywood “It Girl”, from the film Easy A is on the cover of their New York Fashion Issue. You can browse through the online magazine, spot the clothes you like and buy them on their online shop. The prices are reasonable, but beware of the designer section, it’s pretty costly. Hooray for Emma we can’t wait to see more of her!

Easy A

Easy A completely took us by storm the first minute we met Olive (Emma Stone), her sass and wit will keep you captivated and intrigued the entire film.

You’ll enjoy each second you get to know more about her and her high school life. It’s full of risqué situations too!
Promiscuity, religion, homosexuality and teacher/student hookups so it’s perfect for any student that attends HS in the United States. It’s a flick that wraps together a nice mix of surprise and laughter! Don’t be the only student in HS that hasn’t seen it! We wonder how many HS girls will show up dressed to school like Olive with a scarlet A pinned on their shirt…

Check back with us this week, we made a little Easy A inspired trip to Ojai, and if you haven’t guessed it already you’ll get to see the trends and styles of the students from Nordoff  HS (where Easy A was filmed)!!!
